I am still using the machine and so far.... its been a great work out tool for me.... its quiet (you can do it while watching or listening to TV or radio. I have pinched nerve problem around my shoulder and this machine really helped. Excellent machine for me.

This item is a great price, however, apart from some photos on the outside of the box, there is no booklet, poster or dvd of all the possible exercises which might be done with this piece, as with some other workout equipment. I am forced to purchase something of that sort made for a competitor's piece. I'm a little irritated.
